  Hello everyone.Well, I think I have discovered a real trigger for me.Today, I was attending my IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) at my clinic.  One patient (rightfully so!) complained about the time it can take us to see a psychiatrist in our system.  In her case, not until October.  She was venting her frustrations to the facilitators when one decided to "challenge" her.  Quickly, he raised his voice and it became a good old-fashioned argument.  Aside of just being plain unprofessional...

  I apologize, but there may be triggers to anyone suffering from sexual trauma. I apologize if I am not allowed to post this, but I really could use the advice of others who have gone through this as well.OK, here I go.I will be married to my husband 25 years this coming September.
