  well its been about a year since I had my relapse. I have come a long way. I'm happier and calmer and less stressed. The celexa really did help when I was on it. I feel like I am back to being me. There are still things I always need to work on but the anxiety and panic attacks are pretty much gone and the OCD is very manageable. I'm working more time with family and friends and eating better and on a regular basis now. Work is going great and I still take walks when I need to. The depression...

  I first got OCD about 5 years ago. With therapy I learned to manage it. With new dresses I have had a relapse. At first I thought I could handle it but it quickly became too much for me. I am now on celexa. But I'm still having alot of struggles with the OCD and anxiety. Has anyone had a relapse who could tell me what to expect? I feel very discouraged and depressed. Any advice would be appreciated.

  I need support please. I am struggling a lot with ,y ocd and anxiety and cant seem to get a handle on it. I took celexa and It helped but then I ran out and was off it for about a month. I started to feel really bad again so I wen to the doctor and got another prescription. but I seem to be feeling worse. I was going to therapy but bc my insurance doesn't cover mental health I was going to a community counseling place where I could only see a student. she did not help me at all so I stopped...
