  im new to this and wondering is there any hot line or online chat support or anything for when you are having a panic attack or sick from this and need talked thru it or need help?? Online would be better since I can't usually speak when I'm that upset.

  please help! I can't eat anything because I'm so nauseous and queezy feeling all the time. I can be fine and smell pretty much anything good or bad and get instantly nauseous. I don't throw up just the awful queening feeling that I can't shake. I'm going to end up having more issues if I can't eat! I just can't even look at food! I'm taking zofran all day just to get thru. Any suggestions?! Foods that you can tolerate when like this?

  well I needed a 2nd opinion about my heart and other health issues. Turns out ER doctor said everything is fine health wise. He wants me to see my dr about seeing a counsler for the anxiety and panic attacks and prozac to help control it. So I guess the battle continues. I was hoping there was something else causing this to happen to me but apparently it's something I need to figure out and need help figuring out. I'm so exhausted and tired of this. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day

  How do you get a therapist? Do you have to see your doctor and be referred to one for Inc to pay for it?

  does anyone wake up with nausea and upset stomach. It seems like soon as my eyes open my stomach is upset and then nauseous an I get all shakey inside and then it's like "here we go" get to fight off a panic attack or hurry An take stomach meds An hope for the best.

  Today while reaching out to my dr about anxiety and panic attacks I found out some scary news from my doctor about possible heart trouble. I'm going for further testing and don't know when it will be yet. Im trying so hard to stay positive but the truth is im absolutely terrified as if every day when i open my eyes I'm not scared enough. I'm so ready to shake this panic and anxiety. Can't eat or sleep and feel like such a burden. I absolutely refuse to let this take over my life! I've worked to...
