  I’m trying to tell one of my friends about what’s been going on but all she says is to sleep more and think more positive thoughts. Any tipson how to help her understand?

  So I’ve been rapid cycling for the past week (like really bad rapid cycling) I’ve been mixed (depressed and manic) for the past teo days (and out of control for the past teo days) and Thursday I was manic and Wednesday I was depressed. Does anyone having any tips on managing this (I’ve asked people and they say that this isn’t “normal”) but im wondering if it’s normal for any of you and if it is how you manage it. Thanks!
