  Hey everyone. Ive been in a bit of a rut lately. I’m constantly tired and have no energy. Having frequent headaches. Also, I always feel like I’m in a bad mood and take it out on my family. I know it all comes from stress and worrying. I have a difficult time connecting with people and making friends. I’m always worried that what I will say is stupid, which leads to me being extra quiet and not making friends. I have no problems talking with people in passing or on a business level....

  Anyone else feel like they are always left out? I know I shouldn’t be so soft and let simple things hurt my feelings. Didn’t get invited to my cousins Senior ring ceremony tonight and it appears the whole family was there :(. Just hurts so bad especially with it being family that you care so much about.
