  I am taking my first ever solo trip to Seattle/Portland this coming Tuesday in order to find myself... Does anyone have any tips or advice or suggestions as to how I can make the most of my trip?  I want to keep a journal, but I am not sure what I should write or think about whilst on this trip...

  Reflecting back on this past week so far, I realized that I found myself smiling a lot... a lot more than I have in a while... in a very long while! I smiled when... I didn't allow the feeling of regret (from sending a text to my ex) to overwhelm my brain and lead me towards depression.  In the immediate moment, I was ready to allow my depression to control me and use it as an excuse to take a nap and shut myself away from the world.  However, I used every ounce of energy left inside of me...
