  my anxiety has been really bad these last few days. I have been having the shakes and tremors all day long for up to 24 hrs. And also makes it really hard for me to sleep. I jump up out of my sleep. My chest hurts and also my head. I also get this feeling in my left arm like my arm if real weak or numb like. And my heart rate has been higher than usual. Anyone has been having this same feeling and any suggestions how to calm it down or what do you take / or do to calm it down.

  Well I been having some bad symtoms while having gastritis or GERD (not really sure if I have GERD or esophagitis) but I have stopped taking my Omeprazole because it gave me bad side effects. Made me very weak and made me feel worst than usually. Today I tried not taking it for the first time and I have felt like I had energy for the first time in weeks.   i had just developed anxiety because of everything I had going on with me medically. I was diagnosed with gastritis which I’m told that anxiety is very common when having that. But I was in the hospital during one of my flair ups and they told me I was having a heart attack and a clot by my heart. Because of that it’s has given me bad anxiety and every time I feel pain or something going on with my chest or just any feelings that’s not normal I start getting anxiety and stresses me out...
