I believe my own heartburn and anxiety are separate phenom, but they are such close running buddies that when I get one, I expect the other to be along shortly. It doesn't always happen, but often enough to get me expecting. Ditto for when I manage to get rid of the damaging duo. When I remedy one of them, the other typically follows. Alas, I haven't found a simple solution for either of them. I treat ^it^ like a question of balance. Balance junk food with detox food. Balance stressful activity with restful activity. Etcetera, etceteri through the yaddahs of the day.
