  Serious question: Does anyone here exercise to deal with their anxiety? And does it work? I worked out the 1st 3 days of this week and found my anxiety was better after every work out session. Yesterday, I did not work out and was dealing with pretty bad anxiety all day long. I just wish I could get past feeling like this, but maybe I should just accept the fact that it's a part of who I am and I will be dealing with it for the rest of my life. Ugh.

  Does anyone else deal with this? My anxiety is at its worst when I wake up in the morning and at its best when I go to sleep at night. This morning, I woke up with terrible anxiety and was vomiting acid. I’ve heard this is mostly a symptom of extreme anxiety. This is NOT something I want to be doing and would try just about anything to get these nerves to stop. I’m nervous about my boyfriend coming to visit this weekend. Already. I guess I feel like it’s super important and I can’t do...

  Figured I’d vent to you guys and see if that makes things any better. I was up at 7am to take my dog to the vet (early for me). I get there to find out he doesn’t have an appointment. I’m very fastidious about keeping track of my appointments so I know it must’ve been their fault. They asked me to reschedule but I declined. It’s just a physical.   Hi, I figured I'd come here cuz I've tried just about everything else and nothing has helped. My name is Brian and I've had a severe anxiety disorder since I was about 11 years old. It cost me countless friendships and even my marriage. Sometimes, I just become too anxious to function properly. I'm on 4 medications for anxiety, which help a bit, but not as much as I'd like.
