Does anyone else deal with this? My anxiety is at its worst when I wake up in the morning and at its best when I go to sleep at night. This morning, I woke up with terrible anxiety and was vomiting acid. I’ve heard this is mostly a symptom of extreme anxiety. This is NOT something I want to be doing and would try just about anything to get these nerves to stop. I’m nervous about my boyfriend coming to visit this weekend. Already. I guess I feel like it’s super important and I can’t do anything to mess it up, so I’m already a bit freaked out about it. We’ve been dating for almost 7 months. I’ve talked to doctors about it and no one has been able to help me.
