  Hello allI have been struggleing with chronic migraine for awhile now and it has really been putting a toll on my mental health. I read all these migraine stories about people being able to work, have a social life, exercise, etc. and I just feel like I'm lucky to get up in the morning. My body is totally exhausted, my neck is stiff, it feels like there is a lightning storm going on in my head everyday.   Hello all,I have been struggling with migraines for over a year now and I have been getting more and more fustrated as time goes on. My migraines started out when I was in middle school but I had a break of them in high school and most of college.
