  so still no contact, his mother reached out to me yesterday and she can’t even understand what’s going on . When she has tried to speak with him about anything involving him just leaving me he quickly gets angry and shuts her out.  I don’t know what the right thing to do is . It doesn’t feel right.. I know he left but how could he not even contact me it’s been almost 4 weeks since we last spoke. I don’t contact him he doesn’t contact me , but last we spoke he had said I was silly...

  It’s almlst been threee weeks since he left ... I’ve had no contact at all , have not heard from him. I am trying to do as much as I can to distract .. therapy being with friends and family, journaling , reiki .... but the nightmares, dreams and flashbacks are so hard. The nightmares/dreams are the worst . Idk what to do at this point but sleeping is even becoming torturous . Can anyone provide some feedback to this who have experienced this and how to help with it .. Idk how much I can...

  Still feeling so much pain , still no contact on either side . I wake up every morning between 4 and 5 and the anxiety, thoughts begin to kick in and the shit reality sets in all over again . I am struggling to see te light , I don’t want to feel this way anymore . Everything around me reminds me of him ... I just want it to go away. I keep   Remembering all the awful things he said at the end when he noted he fell into of lvoe.  I love you as a person but your not the person for me ... all...

  So the new obsessive though is that there was or is somebody else .  Idk why I should care about that bc it doesn’t change anything about the situation . I asked him candidly to his face on separate occasions and he stated no ... but now I am thinking about and seeing were there any signs was I just naive and oblivious I mean he lied apparently for three years about using cocaine so what else could he have lied about .
