Recently, I had an appointment with my Psychologist. It went well and I did end up crying but out of relief. I did have a history of suicidal thoughts but recently they have been going away. I was offered medication for my anxiety but refused. I know that kind of sounds dumb but I was kinda scared in case the side effects had any severe impact on me. Anyways, usually every appointment my psychologist offers it even though I have told her no multiple times. And a week after this appointment...

Okay, so I used to be extremely outgoing and talkative until I started 7th grade. The first trimester was fine nothing new but the second that's when everything I had was lost. I just started losing control of everything I had under control. My straight As were now B minuses and my outgoing personality was gone like someone had gone and blew it out. During this time I have severe anxiety causing me to also have depression. I told my parents but no one did anything saying it was just hormones...
