  I saw my therapist this week and she is definitely helping to realize my negative thinking that feeds my anxiety.  Lately I've just been getting anxious about getting anxious.  I seem to catastrophize everything and that only feeds more anxiety. Can anyone else relate to that?  New quote to put things in perspective for the week:  "You must learn to let go. Release the stress. You were never in control anyway."Hope everyone has a positive week!

  Good morning everyone! I have been feeling extremely anxious over the last few days.....several life changes going on and too many factors that are out of my control.  But everyday I've been taking the time to meditate and really trying to refocus my brain.  I'm listening to meditation music now....for me, focusing on my breathing and listening to calming music really helps.  A friend of mine posted a quote today that I'm trying to keep in mind and I thought I would share...."If you focus on...

  Hi everyone. I'm new to this group. I was recently diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks. I'm not a fan of taking medication and am wondering what others do to help relieve their anxiety or try to avoid panic attacks.  I've just started meditating, which seems to be helping so far. Any advice would be appreciated.
