  Not posted anything for a long time but my partner came out to me 2 years ago as being trans. I struggled at first but got over it or so I thought. But now his/her depression is pushing me close to alimit I just can't take it any more. She  still dresses for the most part as man but has long hair and has taken hormones for whole now. My eldest is due to start school next week and I am terrified she is going to get bullied when it all comes out. No one outside the family knows as my partner...

  This may sound a bit strange but just wondering if anyone knows of any actual meet up/groups for spouses of transgender people. I find there it's lots of online support and my other half has started going to meetups on London now but would be nice to actually meet other people going through the same thing. If not would it be spmetsome that people would be interested in?

  I am seeing my parents on Wednesday just for the da, they don't live local to me bit am thinking of telling them my husband is transitions to become female. I keep changing my mind and not sure of I should tell them yet. It's been over a year since my partner came out to me and apart from 1 close friend no one knows yet.   So my husband identified as female and is in early stages of transitioning. We have just come back from a lovely week away and he has missed a voice coach appointment that he booked whilst we were on holiday. It was done over Skype.   So my husband came out to me as transgender last year and the last year has been a massive whirlwind. He is still living as a man just embracing his femanine side more at home. He is very nervous about coming out to people as he is very shy. He has started taking hormones and he is so much happier and way more loving.
