As this being the 1st time I've reached out about Trich because its only the 2nd episode for me. Both times severe. I'm realizing that it's not that easy to find people to talk to. Feels like I'm chasing a unicorn. You know its there but its difficult to actually find.

In 2002 started pulling out my hair from my scalp. 1st time ever. In 2004 I removed myself from the abusive (not physical but all the rest), controlling, beyond stressful relationship that I was in for 4 1/2yrs. After about 6 months my anxiety, stress levels lowered extremely & anxiety meds (xanax) for a few months & I was fine. This time back in June this year, my fiance at the time, locked me & his 23yr old daughter out of our bedroom & he committed suicide as we were trying our very best to...

Hi. This is my 1st time doing anything like this. I'll try to make this short. 6months ago my fiance committed suicide while me & his 23yr old daughter was trying to break through the door. We tried with every ounce of strength & anything we could use as a tool but we failed. We couldn't get through. That being said... My profile pic is from 2months ago. I had long, thick, soft, beautiful hair. Today I look like Gollum from Lord of the Rings.
