  Is there any way to find a therapist or psychiatrist or something of the sort with whom I can correspond via email or instant message or anything other than by phone? I live somewhere where Covid is really bad so I obviously can't see anyone in person, but I just found out my dad may be dying (they don't know for sure what is wrong with him) and I'd love to be able to talk to someone about it, but everything I've found so far requires me to call before I can get help.   I've got more of a question than anything else to start off my journey in this group. I've spent time in the depression group but I've been starting to have eating problems again and it's all so confusing!I seem to have this weird issue with food. I can tell that I'm hungry, my stomach aches for food, and as long as I eat something that sounds beyond delicious (like doughnuts), I have no problem eating plenty.   Do any of you ever feel like you're living a life with no purpose? I wake up and I try to entertain myself and complete things around the house that don't really matter in the long run, and the whole time I think how I'm not changing the world or fixing any of the things I think are problems.
