  Hello,I've dealt with Anxiety since I was 18 and it always focuses on topic. This time around its focused on am I losing my mind... I've been dealing with being anxious for the past few weeks now but have able to keep it calm and do my job very effectively and Friday when I left work I felt calm and good.   Hello,I'm a 29 year old male with concerns on how to get out of the hole I'm in. I live in Sunny San Diego and have for about 2 and half years...
