  I wanted to let you all know what I have been doing to cope with the recent loss of my husband almost 2 months ago.  Maybe it will help someone else.  Due to others in my family falling to depression from loss, I know I need to fight.  I told my husband that I would be alright, that he could leave when he was too tired to fight anymore and I vow everyday to myself to do so.  I have been tempted to fill this hole in myself with things I shouldn't but just stop myself.  The other week I...

  I recently lost my husband October 30th this year. Some days I feel fine, other days like today I just need him.  I feel like I am wading in thick mud.
