  I've been on 300mg of Seroquel for about a week now, and I have the worst hangovers in the morning if I sleep any less than 12-14 hours. Today after 9 hours of sleep I feel like I've pulled on all-nighter, sick, exhausted, barely can keep my eyes open at work. I've tried taking it earlier in the evening, but after about an hour or so I can barely walk and NEED BED. Should I talk to my doctor about getting off this or push through a little longer and continue to be more dilligent about my...

  After weeks of a mixed episode that left me in almost constant crisis, I'm finally able to breathe again. Hopefully I'm not speaking too soon, but I think I'm finally out of the woods. For a while at least. Just wanted to share some good news :)

  I've been clean for two years, but after spiraling into both mania and depression and getting diagnosed as bipolar, I'm really struggling with the urge to cut. I'm pet & house sitting for a friend and I'm alone in this big house and I'm not sure if I can be strong.Update: I made it through! Thanks everyone for your support, it really helped.
