  Not a lot has changed since I was last on here. I am in a slightly better frame of mind but I am still in the exact same position. I Have attended a mindful cognitive behaviour group and it has helped me be less negative. I just need to figure out the next steps which is more difficult than it sounds.Hopefully the next Journal has something a little more exciting and happy :)

  Low. Down. Fed up. Just can't seem to get a grip on life. It feels like I'm at the bottom and that is exactly where I will stay. I feel like there is no way back up. My social anxiety is bad and to be honest I just don't like being around people. Everyone is so bitchy and back stabbing and in reality only out there for themselves. It may seem like a really harsh thing to say but it is genuinely all I have experienced. It doesn't matter how nice or caring someone is it will always come back to...

  I feel like I have been living the same bloody hell for weeks, months, years. It's like I am not compatible with the life that I have. I can't seem to function anywhere and I don't know how I can make my life any better. I am my own obstacle but it's an obstacle I can't overcome. The sad thing is the longer this goes on the harder it will be to get out. So deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole I go :(

  I have been a stay at home mum for 13 years. Apart from a small waitressing job for 9 months I have exclusively been a stay at home mum. My kids are all now settled well into school and living their own little lives and it is time for me to return to the world of work. Or begin the world of work seen as I don't have much experience. This has sent me into a downward spiral. I don't know how I can cope with a job. I applied to college and got accepted but I don't even think I can cope with that....

  I feel like I have spent all my life feeling overwhelmed by everything. I am constantly playing catch up with everything and never getting half the stuff done I need to. I don't really know how to even begin fixing everything. Or even trying to fix everything. I just feel like life will never be any different. Like I will never get anywhere and will spend my life feeling this constant overwhelm.
