  its been 3 months, but I’ve only really started to deal with it. I’ve been having panic attacks for about a month now and it’s impacting work, I’ve had a risk assessment put in place for when this happens, I can’t work alone or drive or do night shifts.. when it happens I feel like I’m annoying people.
