  So it's been about a month that my exmy first love  of 8 years have been broken up. I know it's for the good but I guess I don't understand why it's so hard for me to move on or to get out to live for once. I have depression and anxiety but idk how to reach out for it. I'm embarrassed for allowing myself to get to this point and I just want to be able to be happy again without the fear that I'll be reminded of him. I want to just move away but I can't keep running from the pain of this long...
