often when i am feeling good about myself and think i "have things under control" something sneaks in and causes me a mental freak out.
so just wondering, what are some favorite standby stress relievers you all use to calm yourself or walk yourself through a difficult moment?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

2. Playing guitar. I have 2 acoustic guitars for that purpose. Guitars do it for me. I follow that up by going to live shows
3. Stand up comedy shows on Netflix. I follow them up by going to see stand up comedians live, too.
Once I am confident my breathing is back to normal, the next tool I use depends those variables attached. Work stress needs different tools than domestic stress and those are only two flavors of stress in my world.
