  I am on Day 2 of total no contact with my ex today. I did very well for about 24 hours, relative to how I usually react when we go through this cycle. This is the furthest I have ever gone to cut off contact - I have blocked his number on my phone and blocked him on every social media and messaging site I can think of, even Pinerest. However, we work together and he works again tomorrow. I can avoid him but there is always the possibility of rounding a corner and running right into him. I don't...

  I just had yet another breakup with my favorite narcissistic sociopath. He told me I have no soul and that all of our relationship problems are basically my fault. Of course, I am wondering if he's correct. The situation is so messed up and I'm not perfect, but this cycle is insane and it has been going on for years and years. When I read the descriptions of narcissistic sociopaths it sounds very, very much like him but then I wonder if it was really me. So that is that, I guess. :(   :(
