  I hate how bipolar two makes work and relationships hard, or impossible.  I know that my job performance is affected, more than I wish sometimes. I am not so hopefully this will have a I keep my job outcome.I have not told them about the bipolar. I have not been able communicate with h.r. in the past, and very recently.And when I respond it is the same as digging my own grave. Mandy

  After a couple weeks of depressive episode. I finally feel more like my normal. I just wish it wasn't a weird and annoying mixed state. More productive, but afraid to let myself feel. It was too much before, and now nearly none. I have no middle ground when it comes to feeling. Even my normal range is none feeling.

  I see and feel the affects of denial and not being gentle with my self. It is hard to see that and not get mad. Every one keeps saying he gentle, and practice self care. I know I have very little idea what that means.

  After a night of no power drowned trees and fences. I found my mind racing in worrisome and despairing ways. Nice to have people care and think about others even when they are struggling. Thanks.P.s. My family in Jacksonville was harder hit than orlando, and my sister in Alabama has gotten rain soaked by both storms. I may have no poaef, but I have family in town who did no loss power.

  I am alone, and overwhelmed. I wish I felt heard, seen, or considered. I know I am not an easy person to be around. I just wish I was given a chance with people, so they i might actually be seen and heard, not just judged and reacted to. Why do you get to say what ever you want, how ever you want, and I do not get to respond. I can ask a direct question and not a get an answer, and at times no response. I am invisible or the problem. I don't get to grow or change. Why would I believe I can...
