After a couple weeks of depressive episode. I finally feel more like my normal. I just wish it wasn't a weird and annoying mixed state. More productive, but afraid to let myself feel. It was too much before, and now nearly none. I have no middle ground when it comes to feeling. Even my normal range is none feeling.

Mandy do you work with your Pdoc on medication dosages that might get your moods to a more general, calm, middle ground? With Mixed States, that's about all the advice I can offer, they're a bit** to manage and it often gets down to having a really good Pdoc who's really good at Med Management.
