Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I hate feeling so overwhelmed, and unable to express safely what I am feeling, if I even if I know what I am feeling. I am not sure have enough people who I can reach out to on my overwhelming days, and to have help to not hit a crisis state.
I have no idea how feel and face stress well or not being overwhelmed.
Progress is hard to feel, when it is so slow, you can't even tell it is happening. And everything around me does give me the impression or feeling of any improvement. And the pain you feel is overwhelming.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Get as much support as you can, from your pdoc, tdoc and a real life support group if you have one in your area...welcome to DS a good place to work through the rough spots of BP go gentle with yourself....
I know how powerless you feel, I've myself been there. Take solace in knowing how much support you have here on Daily Strength. Are you in counseling, seeing a psychiatrist, or perhaps expressed your feelings to your Primary Care Physician?
It can be extremely overwhelming but having others that have experienced the same thing as you can really help! If you have been prescribed meds for your depression and anxiety remember to take as directed, it's important not to skip or stop your meds as it can make problems worse.
Good luck, Mandy! Hope I've helped some.
Kathy
And thanks
Keep reaching out, take one day at a time. be gentle with yourself.
