  I don't know what to do, I want to cry and scream, But I can only cry in silence so no one will know I'm crying, I can't talk to anyone about any of this, I don't trust anyone, I feel so stressed right now, please tell me how to feel better.

  This might be a trigger Today a coworker told me she was abused when she was a child, I didn't know how to react, I acted normal, a few mins later I went to the bathroom so I could cry, I couldn't tell her the same thing happened to me, I felt I was going to break, I was thinking about telling her but I don't like when people realize I'm damaged.   Yesterday I had my first session, I told the therapist most of my story, I cried a lot during the session I was able to calmed myself down, it feels horrible to say it out loud for the first time, but I was able to say it, so I think it might get better.I feel a bit worried because I had to lie to my family, I had to tell I was working late, and I will have to keep lying. I want to know if any of you have being seeing a therapist without your family knowing, how do you do it?
