  I don't have a disorder, just a little bit of panic/anxiety from some trauma I've endured. It's not a disorder though, I've only been seeing a therapist and not a psychiatrist so I haven't even been diagnosed, it's just my therapist thinks it's anxiety and I've had panic attacks and limited symptom attacks. They come up at random and it's scary cause I can't figure out why my hearts hurting, and racing, and why I'm so incredibly dizzy, and why I feel like crying. Or sick like I'm gonna throw...

  I've never been a part of a forum like this one before so sorry if I'm doing it wrong! I'm hesitant to post because I really don't want any judgement lol So please be nice!
