  I was very young when I was abused (3). I told my mom when I was younger and went to a counselor, but I only went once. I told him no one touched me unless they were cleaning me on the bathtub. I was 9. When I turned 18 I began having flashbacks. As far as I knew, the incident(s) never affected me as a person, but the flashbacks freaked me out.   I have had anxiety since 2009. It came in the form of panic attacks, and it seems like counseling hasn't helped much. It has recently manifested into hypochandria. I am constantly checking my heart rate (which when I am at the doctors office or thinking about it is 130+), constantly checking my temperature, and constantly googling my sypmtoms.
