It's everything going on in my life rn.-Verbally abusive dad just got out of hospital for bipolar -living at my aunt's house for the week at least-great grandma died-funeral on Saturday -struggling with past rape and assault -struggling with body image

  Hi , I'm new to this group. My dad had been verbally abusive for as long as I can remember. He screams, swears, and insults, my mom, my sister, and I. The first time he called me a bitch I believe I was four. I thought it was normal or that he had a quick temper until a friend saw him yelling at me. He usually didn't yell in front of my friends but he had no patience this particular day. My friend asked me if I was okay and seemed genuinely concerned. At first I was confused.   I was sexually abused for three years by a close family friend. I have not been diagnosed with ptsd but I think I have it. Is it ok for me to be here?
