  Hi, I recently moved from London to Orlando, and I've noticed my batch of Hydroxy does not work as well.in the UK i used Zentiva (made to the same standard as the old Planquenil) and here I'm using a manufactarer called Sandoz. I'm certain it is not as effectively after a month of using - has anyone found this? Is there a manufacterer you found works well?

  Hi Guys,Hope you're coping as well as possible! I was wondering if anyone else has had pins&needles/tingling in their hands and feet? I've had it really bad for 6 months now, i got checked yesterday for "peripheral neuropathy" but it all came through clear, so i'm no closer to an answer. I also get very cold hands and feet. Any treatment advice?

  Hi - I was wondering if anyone has tried HBOT? Does it work for you?My brain fog, blood flow, circulation is really grinding to a halt & i'm willing to give anything a go. Any experiences appreciated.Hope you all are keeping strong x

  It's been really useful to hear many of your stories - there's nothing like knowing you're not quite the only one. I'm 33, Male, from the UK and most of my life i have had gut issues, rashes, muscle pain, freezing cold hands that become dry and bleed etc. but was mainly shooed away for being a hypochondriact. It wasn't until December 2014, just turned 31 that a physio sent me to a Rheumy who diagnosed me with MCTD. I was put on max strength Vitamin D & hydroxychloroquine and by Feb/Marc 2015...
