  My life has been a roller coaster lately. To keep things short, I'm in a new city, I had a horrible job and I was in a weird relationship. Both of these things sent my stress levels through the roof. I lost 20 lbs in two months and I was never close to being overweight. Things had to change for my physical and mental health.
