  it's been a long time since I've been on here and I was really doing well. Till last night. I came across something that made my heart sink to my stomach. He already moved on and I had proof and it was with the person I thought it was back in January. I knew it! Anyways so long story short I flipped a cork and broke all communication till now we were just friends but how now? I don't see that happening.   Its been a month since the break up and I was alright just depressed. Always been anxious but only with big situations. Now it's like all the time randomly and feels like somebody is just sitting on my chest. I don't want to be around anyone just so many things set me off anymore. I've tried doing things that I love and trying some new things. I'm not really sure where to go from here.
