  Hi everyone, I hope you don't mind me joining the group, but after weeks of testing and testing I'm about to burst in to tears.A little background...6 weeks ago, after having lunch, I noticed I was unusually full. 8 hours later I was still full. I noticed under my lower left rib there was a pressure, like there was a ping pong ball inside me (I'd noticed it before over the past year, but the doc dismissed it). I then threw up.Since then I haven't been able to eat more than what a toddler can...

  I had my endoscopy yesterday and was told I don't have gastritis, or more specifically, I don't have H Pylori. Was told I'm fine, which, had left me deflated. i asked them to sedate me, which left me feeling like I was on another planet.While talking to the nurse, another one (who was browsing her phone and playing music on the ward) said 'maybe you're stressed', which really upset me. I get that stress can be a factor, but her timing and delivery were not appreciated. I've lost 5kg in less...

  Hi everyone,I've been newly diagnosed and currently in that phase of not being able to handle more than a handful sized portion of food at a time. I'm finding that I am exhausted and have very little physical engery. Are there any sources you can recommend for nutrition when eating such small portions? I'm vegetaian.Thank you x
