Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
You could try making a broth with vegetable stock and add vegetables that you can safely eat. If you can manage them any of the Italian herbs will be good.
It might sound crazy but pineapple can help with gastritis. The acid changes inside our gut.
When I was where you are I cooked vegetables, mashed them and made veggie patties. I added cheese as well when I could eat that. I found making batches of foods and freezing them in small portions was a huge help.
