  I have to start somewhere, right?  This is the beginning of my honest life.  I have to do the things that my wife has suggested - basically the exact opposite from what I've been doing.  I need to stop and think about myself and those who I've hurt with my lies.  When I lie, I'm putting myself first.  This is where my journey begins...

  Hi - I'm Kevin and I am a liar.  I lie to avoid dealing with the truth and my insecurities.  I've lied to my wife, my kids, my mom and my job.  I hide behind my lies and only when confronted do I actually admit to them.  My pattern isto lie, get caught, apologize, want to change, and then nothing.  I'm ashamed of my behavior and want to changeand stop lying, but it's a deeply ingrained pattern that is proving hard for me to break out of.I'm on my 2nd marriage - my first ended when...
