Hello.
I am a compulsive liar. There are many reasons that I lie and many reasons I lie and many reasons that I want to stop. I do it way too much. I am sure my story is similar to many of yours. I may put a further description below, but I want to get to the point.
I was wanting to get peoples' advice as to how to get started on not lying compulsively. I was also wondering if people had warnings for things to keep an eye on in yourself while working on it.
I have read a couple of stories on here now and on like 5 or 6 different threads now and I just would like some advice. Thank you guys very much. Any help would be appreciated.
