  I need some major Advice. My husband and I have been married for 3 years and to be honest since the first day after our marriage it's been a struggle but I understand all relationships are work but this one has caused my anxiety and mental health to become really bad.   I know with all my heart it is time to end our marriage. We have tried for years and it's starting to really affect my mental health. I need advice on how to tell him it's over and to get him to truly hear me. Every time I bring it up he interupts me and says that we will make it work and walks away.   Hi everyone,I am new to this group but wanted to ask about various rituals or things you all do to help with your anxiety. I am on lexapro and Xanax when needed and it's something I deal with daily. I know you all know this to well. Some days are good and then some days are harder than others and I was wondering what helps you calm your racing minds. Any suggestions would be awesome.
