  Hey all,  Crumbs here.  I am so sorry for going ghost on you all.  I ended up getting incredibly sick.  sitting up up was next to impossible.  My Hashimotot's also took over and my thyriod became so large it was cutting off my airwa and my esophagus.  It has been a very long jounrey to get back to a place where i am able to return to work.  Thankfully I am feeling better to some extenet, as you can imaghine i have had quite the flare up of the fibro.  I have not found a comfortable...

  I started painting again.  It's something I have not done in a long time.  I couldn't feel the colors.  Not like I used to. Many things had happened that had blocked it.  I was getting sick all the time.  I had some significant trauma that caused PTSD.   Hey everyone, I'm Crumbs... I thought it might be a good idea to join a support group.
