  I have been struggling with this for about a year now...not knowing what I was dealing with was difficult.  I knew something was up when I couldn't urinate with my wife in the bathroom.  Then I couldn't go at night, then I couldn't go in our masterbath and only in our spare bath...then it excilated to where I couldn't go when I was shopping at the mall or going to my meetings or movies.  I could only go at home in the spare bath.  My "pee" problem is starting to control my life.  Im just...

  I feel the wanting to die aspect of this diagnosis. which is I have schizoaffective bipolar type, right now I'm in a depressive psychosis state, hearing voices really paranoid. I tried to call my doctor but she hasn't called back yet.  I feel like i am a bother to people, i haven't had a good night's sleep in months im just not a good sleeper. my tired is tired.  i have no energy to ADL...showering is a huge ordeal...i know that is gross but true. my mood is flat and then all of sudden...
