  Hi, I'm finding my current situation difficult. I have been with my girlfriend coming up to 2 years. She has taken a trip abroad to work on a cruise ship for initially 3 months then changed her mind to complete the full contract at 6 months. Time has gone very slow on my side because I have almost put my life on hold for the first 4 months... Only now am I beginning to enjoy life a little more with just under 2 months left.   Hi guys, I am in the process of turning my life around. Anxiety and what I call the 'fear blanket' has been holding me down for such a while now and this year I decided to change this. I have been going to the gym for a month now, keeping myself as busy as possible, helping others, going out for meals and drinks etc. This all makes me happy. This is definitely not easy though!   So I'm currently seeing an 'emotional well-being' therapist. They focus on your emotions and how you deal with them. I wasn't sure to begin with because I have been to counselling in the past and felt very small speaking to somebody who has never had a panic attack themselves and whom trying to tell you how to deal with yours.. But they are different or in fact Kath who I speak to is! In fact we have most things in common and she seems to truly understand where I am coming from. For me, I find...

  My girlfriend is away working on a cruise for 6 months. She has completed 2 of the 6 months upto now. I can't stop thinking that if she splits up with me, I will be devastated and will feel there is no point in living without her.
