I was diagnosed with dysthymia disorder at age 14, I went to counseling until 18. At 19 in college I was forced to go to counseling because my roommate caught me cutting. 6 months later I dropped out of school. At 30, after having my 1st kid, I sought counseling, and went for 5 years, they ended up diagnosing me as bipolar 2. I stopped going February 2016, and stopped medicines. Now I'm questioning if I should go back.

I feel like I am in a fog, but it is dense with thoughts. There is so much to do, but I am paralyzed by the option of where to start, so then nothing gets done. I want to drink, but I do not. I laid in bed last night, after my usual dose of Tylenol PM, and I could not turn my thoughts off. I contemplated getting out of bed, but there was nothing I could do with everyone else in the house sleeping.
