  I've  been studying in a salon for grooming dogs and the dogs that are normally very friendly and calm were very on edge and wild when I came around. This isn't a new thing to me. I was raised with animals my whole life. Normally they fine around me when I'm stable but when I start getting unstable they get uncomfortable. I'm not sure why but this was my wake up call. I know what I need to do I know how to start. I just needed one more push I guess. So I called my doctor and go the first step...

  I remember as spine shivering fear took over me. The creature of darkness grabbed my shoulder muttering something that made me want to run. I jolt up... it's just a dream... but now I can't sleep. and that creature still haunts me.

  Ok I'm kinda new to this, but after feeling so down, confused, alone, tired, and over all rather dark 75% of the time. It was suggested I reach out for help and find support groups, I couldn't find any in my area but I found DS and honestly I hope this helps.

  Memories are a funny and fleeting. You never realize how that moment will forever grilled in your brain and never realize how precious they are, and how you and the people in those memories will only understand how that dumb conversation, look, or adventure changed your whole day. But what do you do when the memories shatter? Or are in danger?

  All curled up trying to sleep ingoring the thoughts in my head, soon a restless sleep takes hold, I dream of nothing yet toss and turn. Then warmth surrounds me, confusing my dreams and as the warmth pulls away I know my sleep will never be quiet the same.
