  I'm on my way to IKEA and I'm panicking. 1. I've never been 2. It's a 40 minute drive for me 3. I've been told because of the way it's organized it's quite an experience. All three things are putting me in a super panic mode. My stomach is in knots, I'm hyperventilating and I feel like throwing up. I'm anxious, agoraphobic and claustrophobic so this will be an ordeal but I need to do this. Give me strength.

  Experiencing my daily morning panic attack. I may have to wait for the second train before I get on board. I don't like getting on the train in the middle of these attacks. It makes me even more uncomfortable cause I know my physical symptoms are something people can see. I can't hide my ticks and I can't stop my constant fidgeting but somehow tapping my fingers and hitting my chest are soothing and I believe they make me feel better, but maybe that's all in my mind. breathe.

  I'm on my way to my psychiatrist. having a panic attack in my uber. I was 100% when I was in my apartment but the idea of leaving my apartment leads me to panic. Why must I be so afraid when I leave my home? the world isn't out to get me, I have no idea what I'm afraid of. My psychiatrist always asks what makes me anxious, what's my trigger. I don't know! breath breath. I just want to know everything is going to be okay.

  Today I was surprisingly able to walk to the metro and then ride the metro without having a panic attack which is always an accomplishment for me. It could have been that it was raining and I was distracted by trying to text and hold an umbrella at the same time. Then on the metro it was incredibly crowded so I was sweating in my coat and trying to keep my balance. But now here I am half way through the day, just took another xanax and I'm using my anti anxiety/ anxiety relief toy. Focusing on...

  My panic attacks almost come like clockwork. My walk to the metro is 15 mins, in preparation for said walk I take xanax for the panic attack I'll get on my walk. I don't know what causes me more panic the fact that I have to spend my day outside of the safety of my home or having to take a crowded metro to work. I would like to figure out what the specific trigger is.

  I have been struggling with my anxiety, social anxiety and agoraphobia for 5 years now, and I just developed claustrophobia apparently. This has been a struggle for years but it became managable a little over 2 1/2 years ago. I took myself off of medication because I was able to deal with the aniexty with different coping mechanisms. Just over 2 months ago something happened, something was triggered that brought back my anxiety full force. I entered psycho therapy, I'm medicated now but my...
