  Wife and I have been apart a week now physically although its a month or so since the 'seperation'...I have generally been Ok.  My mum has been incredible in supporting me.The last 3 days though have been awful, truly awful.    Incomprehensible sadness, my heart feels like lead, my brain wont shut down and I just want to cry, feel I need to cry but have never been someone who has found that easy.Saw our daughter yesterday and that didnt help,  as much as it was wonderful to spend time with...

  HiIm currently sperating from my wife.  We have been together 14 years and married for 6.   In a very raw and emotional state at the moment as its all very recent and we are currently starting the untangling process from each others lives.   We both stil love each other but a few reasons, one in particular, mean we need to part.I feel like I am having a constant panic attack and have cried, something I havent done in about 35 plus years (Im 49).  Main reason for us splitting is my 18...
