Loojs like it's been a bad day for a lot of us. I'm just about at the point where I can't take much more disappointment. So many people have promised different things that just don't come true, including my wife. I find myself being way over sensitive to this kind of thing right now, but I'm really tired of all of it, and it's depressing me much worse than I was even earlier today. Feel like I just set myself up for disappointment by trusting anyone. Totally had it.

Thanks. Just tired of always being disappointed. I am super careful about not doing that to people, but never ever get that in return. Makes me feel like a huge sap, and that people just don't care about me. it's really disheartening. Especially now.

I try to stay positive, but the amount of people letting me down is growing, and I'm not ok with that. I feel like I'm wearing a "Kick me" sigb at all times. Just so tired of everyone's lack of understanding and respect. Tired of treating others right and getting nothing in return. Just tired of all of it.

I'm in that place at the moment so know how you feel. Had a real few days of introspection, wider than my current problems and actually wondering what the 'point of me' in the grand scheme of things is...I do have things to be thankful for but I'm having real trouble seeing those at the moment.

I've asked her to go a million times over. She refuses to go together. We are both seeing individual therapists. There's really not much more I can do. She yelled at me again for a half hour tonight. It never ends.

MD, I think I recall you plan to stay in the house. There really is no reason to listen to her yelling at this point. Is there anyway to get separation? Living together is only going to prolong this agony....and give her opportunity to dump on you. Of course, you or her moving out is not going to allow total no contact, as you have kids, but I really believe it would help. BTW, I totally get how you are feeling. I once had a cab driver wisely tell me, "accept more and expect less." Good reminder in times like this. Hang in there.

i think she is lashing out because of guilt. My husband and I never fought or argued loudly but suddenly he is yelling after he announced divorce. WTH...

Seriously, it's unreal how much she yells at me. It's like she hates me. It's sad. Not sure how to make it stop. Does suck that one of us will have to move before we can even be civil.
