  Not having a good morning. Was shattered when I woke up -  must be my meds and the wine I drank last night.   Hello everyone,This is my first time on a site like this -in fact, I have never been on any group site at all.Basically, I am having a terribly bad day. I can't get out of bed, even though my constant companion who I love dearly ( my dog ) needs a walk.
