  long story short with my father...he is an excessive tobacco user (2 PPDx 40 + years). and a heavy drinker. as a child I would watch those tv commercials about what tobacco can do and i (5 years old) would beg my dad to quit smoking and he would tell me not to worry about it. I use to hide his cigarettes and when i was caught....well I suffered that. I remember after that incident watching the movie "Corina, Corina" and that little girl did the same thing to save her dad.   So I have a lot of social anxiety. I use to be shy and my husband said people think I am snobbing them because I don't talk so I have this new thing where I force myself to talk and its like compulsive talking but the entire time I'm talking and trying to "make a friend" I am freaking out and my heart is pounding.   so i am new to this. very nervous. but i want to get better so lay it all out.
